Lotus Chair – Cappellini

Designed by Jasper Morrison for Cappellini, the Lotus chair combines ergonomics and sophistication in a simple design. Medium backrest operative swivel chair equipped with castors. Structure in beech plywood featuring multiple polyurethane foam layers giving more resistance in less thickness –  the foam also designs the 3D cushions in the seat and backrest. Five-star base and arms structure in chromed-plate injected aluminium, pneumatic lift system and adjustable backward tilt. Seat, backrest and armpads upholstered in Hallingdal 2 ref. 569H.
