The design followed the motto ""less is more"" and was worth it. In 1998, a chair was created that is among the revolutionary chair designs of the last decade of the twentieth century. The design of the chair . 03 is simple and clean with the typical finishing quality of the brand Vitra. The rear legs are of steel construction, while the front legs are of aluminum construction in silver lacquered.
