Coconut Chair – Vitra

Chair in excellent condition by Vitra designed by George Nelson in 1955.

The Coconut armchair is an iconic symbol of mid-century American modernism. Inspired by the segmentation of a coconut into eight equal parts but with the colour scheme reversed: the exterior of the plastic shell is white, while the comfortable upholstery is covered in natural leather.
