The Celle model chair designed by Jerome Caruso for Herman Miller fulfils the high expectations of work chairs that are used for long hours of the day, as it adapts to a wide range of users and its design of polymer cells and loops makes it comfortable and airy for intensive use. These cells and interconnecting loops, located in the backrest and seat, are designed to form a kind of “flexible map or cell suspension” that adapts to each user’s body, creating freedom of movement. This system also allows air to flow, thus preventing the accumulation of heat and humidity while using it. Swivel chair, high back and adjustable arms, with harmonic recline, PostureFit for spinal support and height-adjustable lumbar support.
