Fixed chair model . 03 by Maarten Van Severen for Vitra, aimed to create a simple but design chair with an elegant and thin/flexible shape. The design followed the motto “”less is more”” and was worth it. In 1998, a chair was created that is among the revolutionary chair designs of the last decade of the twentieth century.
The design of the chair . 03 is simple and clean with the typical finishing quality of the brand Vitra. The rear legs are of steel construction, while the front legs are of aluminum construction in silver lacquered. The soft seat, which fits perfectly to the human body, is made of polyurethane foam in black color. The backrest has a spring that guarantees comfort, flexibility and perfect support for different types of users.
