This sculptural chair with its round, sensual shapes blurs the boundaries between art and design. The Big Easy chair has become a kind of portrait of the Anglo-Israeli designer. In 1986, Ron Arad developed an emblematic object in the history of furniture: the famous Club armchair. This is the starting point for a series of variations on the theme of the classic Club armchair. With the Big Easy collection, Ron Arad reinterprets the comfortable and cosy shapes of the Club with a variety of modern materials using innovative production processes. The Big Easy model, created over 20 years ago (in 1988), is still the subject of Ron Arad's research today!
