Unique fixed chair, made from transparent extruded plastic, hand-woven to order, resulting in each chair being unique, thus reversing the normal practice associated with this type of piece with extrusion on machines geared towards mass production which leads to identical products on the market. The plastic is Eastman Provista, a PETG copolymer copolyester, developed specifically for products that require high clarity and gloss along with design flexibility. The material was chosen for its rough yet delicate appearance and environmental awareness; it is non-toxic and can be easily recycled. This chair was first made in 2006.
